Is the domain name included?
Yes. Every plan includes a standard .com or .co.uk, registered and renewed for you while you’re subscribed. Premium names that registries charge extra for aren’t included, but we’ll help you find a great alternative.
What counts as an update?
Anything from changing your opening hours to adding a new page. Each plan comes with a monthly allowance, and the bigger the plan, the more you can change. Your allowance resets every month.
How quickly will my site be live?
Usually within two working days of confirming the details, and often sooner. If your domain needs to be transferred from somewhere else, it can take a little longer.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Your site stays live until the end of the month you’ve paid for. If you want to keep your domain, just ask and we’ll transfer it to you.
Can I change plan later?
Of course. Move up whenever you like and the bigger allowance applies straight away. Moving down takes effect from your next month.
Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. You tell us what you want in plain English, by email or through your preview, and we do the rest.
